Anita is one of our longest standing employees and is the spearhead of our Webinar process. She focuses on client outreach and is known for making the estate planning process a personal encounter for each client. Deed Specialist Assistant

Administrative Assistant
Judi is an Administrative Assistant at The Elder Law Offices of Shields & Boris. She supports clients and attorneys through scheduling, client communication, and administrative coordination, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. Judi is known for her organized approach, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor, guided by a people-first mindset and an appreciation for the importance of family at every stage of life. Deed Specialist
Kim handles the conveyance of property and mineral rights for our clients, including transferring property to a trust, adding a family member to a title, and managing a distribution from an estate. From simple transfers to complex and involved transferences, Kim handles each unique case with equal care and diligence.

Mindy Webb
Medicaid Coordinator
Mindy has come onto the team as the Medicaid Coordinator. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with over 15 years of experience as a social worker in the community and nursing home setting, providing services to meet the needs of a diverse community. As the Medicaid Coordinator, Mindy will work closely with families to navigate the Medicaid process from the beginning through the end and a million questions in between.
